ACCOMMODATIONS
The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is located in downtown Bellevue, within The Bellevue Collection, the Pacific Northwest's most prestigious shopping, dining, and entertainment venue. The hotel is approximately 10 miles from downtown Seattle and 17 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Guests are responsible for making their individual hotel reservations. A block of rooms with a group rate has been secured for attendees at the below conference hotel:

To secure your accommodations, please call 800-233-1234 and reference the American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers when making reservations to receive the group rate.
A rate of $169/night has been secured over the conference dates.
The Hyatt Regency Bellevue will accept reservations until September 18, 2009. The hotel will continue to take reservations after the cut off date based on availability, however cannot guarantee the group rate.
A guarantee of one nights stay will be required as a deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation, this deposit is refundable up to 2 days before your arrival. In addition, early departure fees will be applicable if you check out before your reserved checkout date unless you notify the hotel at or before check-in.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m.
TRAVEL
Guests should plan to fly into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Shuttle Express offers transportation from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue at a cost of $19 each way. Taxis are also available at approximately $30-$40 each way.
The airport is serviced by all major rental car suppliers.
VISA INFORMATION
Visa applicants are advised to apply as soon as they decide to travel to the United States. ASABE recommends that all interested individuals planning on attending the conference begin this process 4 to 6 months in advance.
